Tal como te lo adelantábamos hace algunos meses, The Flaming Lips grabó su propio disco tributo a The Beatles. With a Little Help From My Fwends fue el titulo elegido por estadounidenses para la colección de 13 canciones que intenta recrear íntegramente el mítico Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.
El Sargento Pimienta hecho a la pinta de los Flaming cuenta con más feat. que la cresta: desde Miley Cyrus a MGMT, para todos los gustos pues. Cabe destacar que para los oriundos de Oklahoma no es novedad hacer este tipo de trabajos, recordemos que en 2009 se mandaron su propia versión del Dark Side of The Moon de Pink Floyd.
A nosotros personalmente no nos tincan mucho este tipo de “experimentos” pero valoramos lo arriesgado del lanzamiento. Total, todos los fondos que genere esta cosa irán a parar a The Bella Foundation, que se encarga de ayudar a personas de bajos recursos que no tengan las lucas para salvar a sus mascotas de enfermedades terminales. Igual es bonita la cosa, snif.
