Café Tacvba es, quizás, el grupo de habla hispana más importante del mundo. Los mexicanos será la primera banda latina en grabar dos ediciones del exclusivo MTV Unplugged, sumándose a R.E.M quien lanzó trabajos en 1991 y 2001.
En 2019 editarán un nuevo disco desenchufado para celebrar tres décadas de carrera, a 23 años del original lanzado en 1995.
Los autores de “Ingrata” y “Eres” suman al guitarrista brasileño Lulo Santos que lanzó registros para la cadena en 2000 y 2010.
Eso si, desde su sello indicaron que el nuevo álbum no incluirá ninguna de las canciones que ya fueron registradas, por lo que su repertorio abarcará desde “Avalancha de éxitos” (1996) a “Jei Beibi”, su último disco lanzado en 2017.
